Nt kaustuv: What did I tell you before? Women should be treated like Goddesses. Silly me, here I have been thinking my entire life that women should be treated equally to men. Who knew I could been wrong my entire life with my dedication to facts and logic. Oh and the whole women's liberation movement was wrong as well. Women should be treated as better than me and I should worship the ground they walk on.

Note To Self:
Maya Angelou: A woman's heart must be so hidden in God that a man has to seek Him to find her.' IAmWhoIAm1: 'Women should be treated like Goddesses.' I was 'pondering' over 'those' two statements. What I could 'eventually' deduce is 'IAmWhoIAm1' didn't exactly say what 'Maya Angelou' implied. If I were to write a note to 'IAm', I would say: According to 'Maya Angelou', a woman should 'make' herself in a manner, 'befitting' her to be treated like a 'Goddess', by any 'man'. This reminds me of an old saying: If you want to be loved, make yourself 'lovable' (first) (as a 'precondition') 
Likewise, a 'woman' MUST make herself 'respectable' in order to be treated like a 'Goddess' in veracity. 
I feel that statement of 'Maya Angelou' is directed towards 'women' and 'men' (with stress upon 'women' making themselves 'pure' and 'chaste' in order to be respected by 'men', far more); unlike 'IAm's' statement which is directed towards 'men' (only), who should 'treat (any) woman like a 'Goddess'!'
I hope I could express myself properly, though the art of articulate speech was never my 'forte'!

No 'sensible' man would refrain from 'treating such a woman' like a 'veritable' Goddess! It's an 'entirely' different issue altogether, that discovering sensible men is something similar to coming across an 'oasis' in the desert
