Years ago, I use to work night shift with a significant other. We'd get off work while it was still dark out, we'd then stay awake to watch the sunrise together. Been awhile since nightshift, and that s/o... The only thing now, that keeps me awake into the wee hours, is thought, when I do most of my writings, poetry, etc...

Usually racing thoughts kinda like zoom zoom. Attention constantly pulled away in different directions. No focus on one thing constantly zoom zoom. That's what usually keeps me awake. Full moons also.

What keeps me awake? Nothing really... Okay, sometimes I can't put my book down, sometimes it's so tempting to watch another episode of a good series. Sometimes Mingle is too much fun. Other than that, nothing ... Desperately aching for a partner never keeps me awake. Cos I don't desperately ache for one.

Nothing. I sleep like a baby all night. I hear so many people suffering from insomnia or nerves or stress. It's sad.
