Topic: Mutiple Wives | |
---|---|
I went to a church here that says that is okay. They said if we went to a culture that a man had alot of wives which wife would we say is not his wife? And who gives us that right? I think alot of guys that can't love just one woman feel the need to have many "wives" I mean the ones who keep the same women for years and try to hide it from the others like the insurance salesman who had all the happy wives who met eachother on t.v. and he made them all happy even though he broke the laws here marrying them and they did not find out about eachother until his funeral. I say if the women do not mind sharing why not? I saw a film about a place in Africa they are so short on women it is a custom to have alot of men to one woman and if the men can get such a wife they do anything to please her. Kind of cool. If he or she can make the spouses happy, why not? True, for certain offices it said the husband of one wife... too many wives can be hard to have time for and please sometimes. But I see nothing wrong with it, just personally I do not like sharing.

I went to a church here that says that is okay. I do not know of any Christian church that says it's OK for a man to have more than one wife at the same time. |

ONE woman is enough for a man.
ONE woman is enough to drive a man crazy. Women were put on this earth to drive men crazy! |

One wife/significant other at a time, was bad enough.

One wife is enough, thank you!

I'LL NEVER SHARE MY HUSBAND. Period. End of Story. Not only that, but I wouldn't want a man who wanted another/more wives. I might be willing to share my husband and/or let him share me, but only if I'm his absolute nr 1 and vice versa, because it's exciting and kinky, but never ever because he wants more wives. Sod that! |

multiple wives?
I can't grasp the idea of that. being a person who believes in a mutually monogamous relationship it's not even about sharing, it's about respect. additionally, it would be drama. for example, I enjoy cooking and baking. but I like things my way. Iwwouldn't want another woman messing around in my kitchen. then there's the sexual part of the marriage. being with someone after they've been with someone else would be disgusting. nope, being one of multiple wives wouldn't be for me |

I wonder if it's possible for Mormons to have multiple wives in gay marriages?

I wonder if it's possible for Mormons to have multiple wives in gay marriages? I guess the KY sales would skyrocket at their local drug store |
