When you get angry, how do you blow up steam? I tend to vent to friends because prison orange isn't my color

I make wine/crush grapes. I throw the grapes in a big bowl, off come my shoes and socks, and then the grapes get it. If I'm in a really bad mood I don't even wash my feet first

The anger is a symptom of stress. And, Stress is the mind blocking the bodies overwhelming urge to choke the living snot outta the cause of the stress. That, or stab it. Just remember you have to be quick, too many cellphone cameras out and about to take your time and enjoy it.

Hold everything in till my head pounds...then burst into tears and cry for hours till I fall asleep...sucks...but I wake up feeling better...look like hell..but feel better...
