I know people who ate healthy and still died of heart attacks and cancer at an early age. Some of them were also friends that I started school with and grew up with. My father lived to 78 and my grandad 85. So I believe a lot of it is in the genes Sheik?

Yes, Long-Gevity is a factor, but so are the decisions a perfectly healthy person may make during their life.

My own Grand-Mother lived to 104 years, despite having been a Chain-Smoker till she was 84.
