Well, I don't consider myself nice looking, but some of these ladies are right. It's the young men pursuing older women. I've been in two age gap relationships and I never went after either of them. In fact, the first I tried to discourage for over a year which made him try that much harder.

I can tell you the reason I date girls in their 30's and 40's is because women in my age group (70's) don't want sex. The ones I talked to sure don't but the younger girls sure don't mind...lol

I think the subjective word here should be "some" men...

And some women love to be active and play... I believe the problem starts when we lump everyone" into one category when really we are all different in our own way.

A woman can talk her way into my heart by letting me know about her recent activities.

If a woman tells me she has been busy making me chicken cacciatora, fresh pasta from scratch, garlic bread and Tiramisu for dessert she talked her way into my heart.

Why is it that wealthy men always go after young beautiful women?

Perception is relative.

I am 52 years old and I do not want a younger man (maybe by a year or two, but not a decade).

I wouldn't want my oldest daughter, who is 32 to seek a relationship with a 52 year old man. I want her to enjoy her young life and date someone with the energy, youthfulness and spontaneity of a person within her age group.

So, I wouldn't rob a younger man of that freedom and learning experience.

I'm looking for someone who is a Christian, age 49 to 60 and who is generally satisfied in life -- as one should be at those ages.

Everyone is different...believe me. I know so many men and wome much younger than me who have way less energy than I do. My father had way more energy at 65 than I do now. People have preferences and who are we to make that judgement of what's good for them.
