I know most of you don't know me, but for those who do, what are some things about me you find unattractive, turn offs, negative, etc.? Why would you NOT date me? Things such as sexual orientation, you're already taken, don't count, it has to be a real reason. Don't be afraid.

Time to change your profile I reckon. "Clean and sober fun" is not a good headline. It makes me think you're a recovering alcoholic or opposed to anyone that likes a drink.

op with the others ... first you are not ugly and if that is the case they are not looking for anything other then looks ...to matter in a relationship ... I would take out your sober stuff ... and say something like what... you like to do or into as a hobbies ... get the children out ...just answer that in the other section ... mainly what inspires you ...what kind of fun do you like to have ... something like that ... good luck ... believe me their are people ...who would not think your ugly and never tell yourself that either ... set a precedents of failure in yourself ...

If you're answering someone learn to quote them just like i'm doing here? When you answer directly below a post and don't address it anyone, it can be misconcrued as an answer to that last post. totage.....I have seen your posts here and you have always come across as a decent & nice man! Not a negative trait actually. I think our posts in the forums will reflect a lot more of our character than what we put in our profiles....it will show the side of us that may be rude, fun, shy, flirty, serious....! But then again, I have also found that some who portray the 'bad boy image' here are actually real nice people off the forums....some anyway!

I have known you on mingle for a while now.... I have noticed lately you are more depressed and blunt. I can assume you have been through something in your life. And, I think it's perfectly acceptable to have a headline which says "clean and sober fun" especially if you are in any recovery. Try some new things. Find a hobby you really like and that will open the door to meet new people.

Maybe its the health issues.....but,from the few posts I've read,I felt you actually do need a partner(as opposed to wanting one)....and I don't mean needy either.... But,made me feel your pains,your ups and downs,your lone,sad moments...... I felt you need an ear,a shoulder,a hug,love,joy......and aaaaalllll that!!! Sorry,I didn't think,of dating or not dating you.....i saw you more on a personalized scale..

Hi Totage, I would date you if I were younger. And if I lived in your country .... Plenty of women want a good looking man trying to do the right thing. I say stick to what is right for you - what you want is stated on your profile and I think your forum posts (I am new here not seen a lot) tell me you are a decent guy. I think that is a huge plus. You need to hang in there just like the rest of us
