Do women like lots of eye contact on first dates? I'm not too keen on it myself, especially if she's not attractive. I suspect that women can tell if a guy really likes them or not by the amount of eye contact he makes.

My comment was referring to the real world. Not cyberspace. If it was about cyberspace then Ive even been sent nude pics and videos etc but that does not count. The real world is where its at |

I have been on dates where I thought this is not going to work out and no do not look at their eyes very much ... but if for some reason I am attracted to them as a possible friend & their personality ...I do look at them while where having a conversation ...

Yours preference is sex, mine is personality. So yes, i like to look at eyes the one I date. Besides, I would never go out with someone I wouldn�t like to look at  Guess I�m a bit picky

When someone avoids eye-contact it's pretty clear he's trying to hide something, albeit his own personality or how he feels about you.
Eyes are the mirrors of the soul. You can basically tell what you're dealing with by looking in someone's eyes. Eye-contact is part of interaction. So yes, rather important. |
