WHY not ??????????? But U have to know that it isn�t a marriage in the common meaning with all duties and rights and it isn�t named "marriage" in Western countries : the term is "Registered Relationship".
If U r living in a country which has LGTB prohibition and their relationships is in the penal code such as India where the Sodomy Act from Victorian English colonial time was renewed in 2013, Dec. 13th the administrational procedure can be executed int he partner�s country only and will have no legal value in the home country. - Many African youngsters are seeing a chance of leaving their countries for the West by "marriage" of a male partner from there but their intention is dubiously and not honestly....

op I would say sure if either or could meet one another a lot ... and then one has to decide where their future is which county or both flying back and forth together... thinking ur gonna have to have some $ if that is really what you want ... airfare $...cost of living is not cheap lol good luck in finding love ...
