excuse me but the chip program is a subsidized program not a free one.i dont use it cause my son is on his dads but i could not afford to add my son to mine.it would take my whole paycheck.Noone can predict finacial fallout from divorce,injury or death so this program actually does help a lot of working poor.I don't expect the government to payt my way but until they do something about expensive healthcare,housing and food then they neeto help their own before sending money to third world countries and fighting the iraqui people's civil war.
