What? are gutters located inside your apartment.Sounds to me like he had other intentions i mean if he couldnt get an answer at the door ...he couldnt leave a note sounds like bs to me also i think i might look around my apartment to see what else he might be up to i.e cameras now a days you cant trust anyone

That is what my family told me too. I had a few friends along with myself check some stuff out to make sure everything else was cool i'm also gonna start talking to more of my neighbors to see if anything similar has happened to them ...truly thanx for ur concern it was a bit of a scary situation
