1 word? it�s impossible Medo. None of the words can never describe it. It�s too complexed to describe it even with many more words. But if I could use 3 (and it would still remain very complexed, not analitical+ other things could be added to it) I would say:
friendship + physical attraction |

Friendship includes accepting people as they are, devotion, support, honesty, unselfishness and all good platonic things you can imagine. Add to that physical attraction, than you�ll get romantic love, which is supportive, tender, free of limiting partner, simply unconditional. If you�re only attracted to someone, of course it�s not love - that�s something I would never say
