I think the only way to truly find out about a man is by the way he treats you when the going get's tough. The going gets tough? What would an example of that be?

I realize everyone (the men folk) feel insulted atm but look at it this way, she ain't talkin about you. I'm not insulted. I may not agree, but I think I understand where the OP's coming from. And how she came to feel this way. I also hope she can find a way to get past it. Mhm it didn't look like people were being sympathetic. Everyone knows what she's talking about. There's no way she meant all the males.

I think the only way to truly find out about a man is by the way he treats you when the going get's tough. now that no doubt is true... and it's also true one will have to see how a women treats a man when the going gets tough. it's the same for both sexes... human actions are human actions. those that keep it as a competition between the sexes just blind them self by looking at differences, instead of sames. you're right. it's not a competition. gotta admit some of those differences add a little spice to life

You wanted the women to whine so I'd thought I would share my complaint and the complaint of other women who've said the same thing but in a more subtle way (I guess they're hiding now, only the ones defending the men are out tonight biting my head off for telling the truth). Saying men love almost more than women is so ridiculous...are women responsible for committing mass murder, genocide, creating constant war all over the planet and many other atrocities throughout history? We all know that women are more loving than men, I was just wondering if men are even capable of love at all, it is obvious most are not. Not on this website or anywhere else.. My, my, someone did a number on you, or is it just YOU? I wouldn't even entertain a bitter twisted woman in my life, as i want to enjoy it. Think you need to take a hard look at yourself, before hate runs and ruins your life completely? I'm just pointing out the facts, it is ridiculous to state that men are almost more loving than women because it's simply not true and I gave a few reasons why. If you can make an argument rather than calling me a "bitter twisted woman" without any evidence, it would be more helpful than name calling if you want to make a point. ..I haven't had the chance to read all the point counter points that have been written...I am only expressing what I have been exposed to...the men in my space bubble are very kind loving men...I have far more male friends than female because most women I have met are fake as a three dollar bill...vicious game players who expect the world to evolve around them..It dumbfounds me to see so many men cater to these women...just what I have been exposed to...a lot of good men get treated like dogs by women...I don't understand it at all...we as couples are supposed to be companions facing life together...I guess that's why I am single...I want a man that will be my best friend...not one on a short leash that I trained to be at my beck and call..but one that chooses to be with me because he wants to be the man in my life...but I will stand my ground on men being more loving than women...men fight for us, protect us, they provide for us, and they die for us...it takes love in their hearts for them to do these things....granted not all men do...because women are "self efficient " and we don't "need" them...and boy do we let them know it...perhaps if women would not have felt the need to be men themselves this problem wouldn't be...it may be a myth but there is a story of Adams first wife....she thought of herself as an equal and....let's just say...it didn't work out...hence the submissive....My apologies....I'm rambling off point...my bad... ...but honestly maybe men could be more loving if women weren't so dominant and controlling...happy day to ya though..

I think the only way to truly find out about a man is by the way he treats you when the going get's tough. now that no doubt is true... and it's also true one will have to see how a women treats a man when the going gets tough. it's the same for both sexes... human actions are human actions. those that keep it as a competition between the sexes just blind them self by looking at differences, instead of sames. you're right. it's not a competition. gotta admit some of those differences add a little spice to life love the differences indeed! just saying love be most large when all the simple sames root emotions and wants of two are seen and realized. for it be impossible to not totally understand another if all sames and differences are totally consciously recognized. and dynamic passionate enduring love is only fullest when total understanding prevail.
