not many are willing to do this if there is a possibility that they are getting scammed or used just to help someone cross over.

do you mean meet a person in the country like driving out of the city into the farmland? in that case an option could be to meet at the halfway point. or you could go to meet him. it doesn't always have to be the guy's job to figure it out.

if a person is truly interested and thinks it worthwhile, they willingly make the effort.
