Ya get some jalapeno's - wash, remove seeds & cut in 1/2
Ya get some cream cheese Ya get some spicy deli meat - proscuitto, capicollo.. whatever Fill jalapeno's with the cream cheese, wrap around some of the meat.. Bake in hot oven - 405 degrees for about 10 minutes.. yum.. great with beer |

For Bacon Lovers... Crack Dip 16 oz sour cream 1 packet Ranch dressing mix 3 oz bacon bits (in the bag not jar) 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Mix together and refrigerate 24 hours. Serve with chips and/or veggies. My son is addicted to this... Just make sure you use REAL bacon. |

Carrots are my healthy option, but usually it's some sort of salty snack like Cheezits, Ritz crackers, or pretzels.

Boohoo hoohoo! I am limited and lazy when it comes to snack options when cutting carbs, pork rinds have become my snack and sometimes I have this for a meal pour out a decent amount of the rinds from the bag onto a microwave safe plate , sprinkle a good amount of shredded cheddar or Mexican mix cheese but hey! whatever kind of cheese you like use the rinds aren't picky, nuke till cheese melted, a little salsa on the side, yum
