I recently sent an e-mail
to someone indicating
my interest in them.

Instead of replying that
they weren't interested
in me, they couldn't just
leave it at that.

They accused me of thinking
I am God's gift to women
(I don't) and then went on
to insult me further.

If you can't say something
nice, then don't say
anything at all.

I never insult women and
always try to be polite to
them.

Perhaps I should have
put more thought into
the e-mail I sent, it
was probably too short,
but I certainly didn't
deserve the response
I got.

I wish that person
would have just said
'no' and left it
at that.

If they are that
bitter towards men,
then they will have
a hard time finding
a good one.

Well Mike you tried and good for you,be glad you found out now instead of wasting more time.Just contimue to be real and keep trying,best of luck.

how rude!!!!! it's their loss, but like you said the least they could have done was so NO Thanks and left it at that.

I'm actually MORE surprised you got a response at all, than I am about the fact that the response was so rude and inappropriate.

I don't even bother e-mailing anybody first here anymore. I used to try contacting some of the locals, but they NEVER replied. So now I just wait for people to write to me -- and they do. They're all 897,000 miles away, but they do write!

Some people just don't know when to be polite here. As LEx said, at least you got a response. Most people that I would email in the beginning would read it and NOT respond. Just chalk it up as the person is an IDIOT and move on...

What did you say in the email that she would say or think you are gods gift to women???
