I came on to say how I feel.. but then I read crystals... rant..lol.. well actually I only made it as far as.narked.. naked...lol.... so now I' completely forgot what I was feeling..... I need to go feel something else.... somewhere else... ..hmm.. where did I leave my Kleenex box..lol..

Yep... I just did it ... You breathe, do some visualizations, have a shower, clean the shower while you're in it ... scrubbing and manhandling the tiles .. then wash your hair, enjoy the warm water caressing your body .. Wrap yourself in a nice soft towel .. lovely body lotion .. and Bob's your uncle
