a candle lit dinner , roses when you aren't in trouble , wink from across the room (not from a stranger that would just be flirting),drawing a bubble bath for you loved one with candles ,buying a dozen roses and leaving a trail of flowers to a dinner you made so when she gets home she can follow the trail, drop a dozen rose pedles in a bed so you can lay her down in a bed of rose's,

truthfully just about anything can be turned romantic with the right touch
and all so depends on the person to some a teddy bear can be romantic in jesture and to some its just a bear
