No not in my opinion. Boobs aren't what attract me I want something deeper....but its up to them in the end...

Should flat chested women get implants? NO,small to mid size breast is hot,I think MOST men really dont like monster boooobys,JMHO,, how would you feel if a woman said you should get a weener implant bcos you have a teeny weeny,,LOL

I would LUV to be flat chested. Clothes are made for such body types. Your center of gravity is in the right place. They don't stick out if you are the last one in the elevator. Gawkers don't cause traffic accidents when you walk down the street. You can actually go under, when swimming. I could go on and on..
