Here is the latest news report pertaining to your Melmacian neighbors: Melmacian Colony Receives Assistance from MiB The Melmacian colony in Quebec's Montérégie administrative region is the recipient of needed assistance from the Men in Black's regional headquarters in Quebec. In order to limit the colony's exposure to nearby Humans, the MiB will be installing sound-barrier walls along the colony's perimeter. The walls will be treated with a coating system to match surrounding areas, thus turning the walls into camouflage. The first wall section will be constructed along the border between the colony and Zee's Pub, the latter being a Human-owned establishment. |

I guess the MIB are running low on funds and couldn't afford the 'cement' mix
