I am downloading Map Factor. Just not sure if it will allow me to choose my turns so I can put the bus route in there.

No, you are right, no job is worth this sort of stress.
Driving the bus is the easy part.
Reading their so called directions is a joke to be honest.
We were told that of all of the jobs in the school system being a sub is the hardest.
Yea no shiiiit...

you are one of the strongest woman i know. you can get up one day and drive across the midwest you can do this. you steered me in the right direction too. dont discount yourself. love you and i hope it works doll

Thank you so much sweety flowerforyou

I think it's more of little tolerance for stupidity.
If you want me to sub, tell me how to read your junky maps.
Then tell me how to read all the other papers that go along with that bus.
There is no visible starting point on their maps and you can't read any road except for what you are supposed to drive on.
All of the bus drivers were so much more helpful than the maps and then the children knew the route.
It just frustrates me because I should have been given the tools needed to do the job without having to depend on the children.

I couldn't figure out why my gmail was not notifying me, on my phone, when I would get mail.
I had the settings set to notify so I was getting a little bit upset.
It seems for every tab in the e-mail you need to set it up to sync and notify. surprised
No wonder I wasn't getting notifications slaphead

Hiwaving
((((Bnj))))

Subbing is no joke...and they should have the routes printed up in a booklet for u w turn by turn directions. I know sped routes change almost daily but the regular routes dont. Go to your super and suggest it. I called every apt complex in our district to get building layouts for adresses to make it a bit easier for the drivers to plan routes. I was surprised noone had done so before. Best of luck....flowerforyou

Hello (((Kat))) flowerforyou waving

Subbing is the hardest job in the school system so I have been told. They were not kidding either. Imagine 140 different route possibilities shocked I should be good now that I made them explain the crappy maps..lol

They are going to start e-mailing me the routes when assigned if there isn't time for me to get a printed copy from them. All of the buses have their route sheets in them along with the student list and instructions.
The problem was I was basically handed this huge stack of papers and not told how everything was laid out. The maps don't have a N S E or W mark on them anywhere either. You cannot read or even see the starting point on some of the maps and well as for the roads, not all of them have the road names on them. The turn by turn instructions, which I finally found after I picked up all of the children, were buried deep in the stack.
I made them explain everything to me and suggested that they print the maps on the entire page and not just the top portion of it. If they did that then maybe the roads will show with it being a larger map.
