I mixed the meat early just for that reason. Now by this time tomorrow they should be very good once grilled

 Road Trip tomorrow.   Heading to South Dakota a few months early. It will be almost a 1,000 mile drive and 15 hours driving time. Said to hell with it, I only live once!! Not sure when I'll be back on here. I doubt I will have time while I am gone. Right now I am getting ready for the company for the BBQ I might be back on later tonight, we shall see. |

((((Michele)))) Road Trip tomorrow. Heading to South Dakota a few months early. It will be almost a 1,000 mile drive and 15 hours driving time. Said to hell with it, I only live once!! Not sure when I'll be back on here. I doubt I will have time while I am gone. Right now I am getting ready for the company for the BBQ I might be back on later tonight, we shall see. Thank you so much (((Michele))) Life is so short. The weather is beautiful. I am not wasting one more second on the what if's in my life. My camera will be so busy. There will be riding in the canyons and over the prairies with my daughter. I'll help her by showing her all I can while I am there, that has to do with horses. I think my 20 years with horses will come in handy on this trip. Not sure what time I am heading out but it will be some time tomorrow. I still have bags to pack and have to pack my car yet.

.. and you are going on your trip early.. . okay I'm packing myself up in a big boxs.. and u.p.s..ing.. myself to you right now.. if I don't get there in time before you leave... just leave the address taped to your door where you are going to be.... I will then..u.p.s.. myself to that address...now.. by any chance.. if our paths. get crossed and I don't meet you there...omg.. it would just be cheaper for me to fly there....lol..... I will miss you.so..so..so..soooooooooo...so.so so..sooooooo... much... you better check in at least... once every two days...ok...

I had a huge argument with the BBQ grill but in all honesty I blame the burger. I always buy really lean good burger for grilling and Mother, well she just grabbed the first pack she saw I almost had to call the fire department but I finally got the grease fire under control..  Not one guest would play a yard game with me either After all the work that was put into everything one would have thought being a good guest would be high on the list...ugh...I should have known better. Oh my dear friend...Are you not here yet? I could use another driver...After all it is a 15 hour road trip covering about 1,000 miles! I am so excited. I am sure the trip may take longer because I will have to stop for pictures along the way. It will be me and my little car venturing down my new path. Spreading our wings into uncharted territory...OMG!! |

well I'm sorry to hear your barbecue didn't go as planned..
. .. and sometimes guest.. forget how much energy and time.. and thought goes into planning.. a social engagement... but you got through it... give yourself a big pat on the back... for being such a good hostess.. ... now do you have everything packed for your trip... hair brush toothbrush toothpaste... extra undies and socks... rain gear... .. now how's the car running.. check the oil.. topped up all the fluids.. the spare tire has air in it...lol.. .. you have a flashlight right... extra water.. first aid kit.. tire jack.. booster cables....ok.ok.... I know.. I'll stop being a mother hen.... have a great time.. enjoy yourself... enjoy this time..... we will be here when you get back... be safe... and don't pull any Thelma and Louise stuff....lol.... . well unless Brad Pitt comes up to you personally.... send pictures lots of pictures....lol... we will miss you while you're gone.... I will miss you..

I will miss you.. My car is good to go. I always carry tools, flashlights and cables along with extra fluids for the car. Tires good to go, brand new on the front good on the back and the spare is fine. I will be taking a cooler with food and 2 gallons of water. That was ordered by my daughter because towns are few and far between. GPS is in the car, charger for my phone along with a power converter. There is also a blanket and a coat in the trunk along with my 2 ton floor jack. Bags will be packed by morning and loaded into the car. Both cameras are ready along with the one on my phone. Laptop will also go with me but not sure how her connection is. After all she is 6 miles behind the main house in the middles of heaven Did I forget anything??? |
