Aggravated second degree battery is a felony. It constitutes using anything other than the hands to strike another person with the intent of producing bodily harm!

This boy was kicked repeatedly while laying unconcious on the ground, unable to protect himself. Not only is that aggravated assualt but it is also a cowardly act!
