It makes me happy when you guys say that your mum's are between "70 to 90yrs" and still healthy enough to walk around. Here in africa, its a different case. Why is it so??

it just depends upon the life one leads trust me, we have plenty of 70-90 year olds who are barely mobile too,,,,

seriously though, My brother lives in Egypt and he says they are actually in pretty good shape there, a different diet and health lifestyle than the west,,,,
