It may not sound like a achievement but if you lived it it sure was. And that would be leaving a very long and abusive marriage. Finally realizing my self worth and being responsible for my own thoughts and feelings.

Storm gets it! flowerforyou (Way da go to you as well!)
Tazz gets it! flowerforyou (You are such an understanding soul!)
Many others will get it too! That it was probably the hardest thing ever to do!

Holding a new born grandchild while they stare into my eyes.

Kudos to the ladies for leaving a bad relationship. I was a child who had to watch his mother go through that.

I have also. I believe, however, that my greatest accomplishment has been raising my 3 kids as a single parent to be upstanding adults. They all turned out great and have done well for themselves...so this is without a doubt my greatest accomplishment. happy

Being wise enough to know I was not living right so I moved across country on my own and found myself. I now realize the world does not revolve around my problems and I try to help others and enjoy the small things in life.

This is not to come across as being a smart mouth, but truth... Some days getting out of bed is one of my greatest achievements...

As a 22-year-old who has no intention of learning to drive, I don't have anything that stands out. I've never achieved anything huge on my own. It's an ongoing process of learning. There are really no big achievements. In the big picture I am learning. It's just life. You win some, you lose some and hopefully you're a better person from the experience
