. your first clue would be to look above me.. the person has moved and took their belongings with them...
 .. it happens.. just go back in...and repost a different picture.. . it happens to all of us.. it's frustrating though.. why not just leave the picture where it is..hmm.. |

Drawing, painting, crafts, quilts, clay...The list is long long long See though, my mind....it races so fast most times with so many things.. It's almost like having 5000 browser windows open at one time..

..YES... I know the feeling.. I have learnt to focus and quiet my mind though.. it has taken a long time..
. . but I still catch myself talking to myself quite a bit..

. the trick is not to stop the noise.. but simply make friends with the noise.. except.it. let it know it's okay to be there. but you're in the drivers seat.. so to speak.. and it needs to know when to be quiet.. easy peasy..
