Happy day.. I got to leave work 2 hrs early today...

and on another note.. feeling MUCH better today however still a lil tipsy but only minutely.. slept like the dead though so must be fightin SOMEthing off..

why is that I wonder.. doin just my 'home' gym exercising and I start trimming down.. head out to hike and I GAIN weight doesn't make much sense to me.. I know I know.. building muscle can add some poundage but 7 in a week? just doesn't seem right.. and no.. not eating more calories than before.. (aside from that one 90 calorie easter egg ) but feel free to chime in if you have any insights I'm missing..


well.. gots lotsa work today AND a conference call in less than an hour ya gotta love when a new client (new business start up or only a few years old) wants to tell US how ta do our job (when we've only been doin it for a mere 15 years or so like they could do it better ) ya'd think if they COULD.. they do it themSELVES .. thankfully there's MUTE button on the phone.. or I'd be sharin all the snide azzed remarks *whistles*

anywho.. best get ta reading up on this new contract.. so I can at least sneer with certainty
