.. that has been my whole problem.. after the first night. . they want more nights and days..hmm... . perhaps I should try to be less charming.. les me..hmm.. nope can't do that... touches his finger to his but.. smiling while he says out loud...((((( I'm just too hot. for just one night.... what..no pics ..i think we need to see proof .. .. okay I went with Q rather than hot..

One night stand is not enough... It leaves the room a little wonky... On the other hand, two night stands, adjacent to each other, gives a very nice feng shui vibe.

I personally (just my opinion here) don't see that it fills any need other than physical. I would never have a one night stand, I need more than that to fulfill my desires. I actually need a connection to begin to make the physical worth the effort. A one night stand would make me feel like less of a person than I know I truly am. I would also feel dirty and nasty, and no amount of water can wash that away. It may be okay for some but not this woman. You may not be into one night stands, but sex isn't some dirty, nasty thing. Sounds like you've got some issues with sex to begin with.

I don't know that one night stands are planned. I'm not denying that the occasional "catch and release" mentality exists in both genders. I just think sometimes people get embarrassed by their behavior and duck out, or believe they weren't satisfactory to the other party (sexually, physically, etc.). Maybe something just didn't "click" for the two that made the pursuit of a relationship not desired. That being said, I submit that alcohol probably plays a large role in the majority of one night stands. One night stands can be either just good fun, or sad and cruel. The difference lies in the minds of the people involved. If they aren't for you, don't engage in them or put yourself in a position to become an unwilling participant. If you don't mind being a party to them, by all means: uh, uh, "it's your thang, do what you wanna do, I can't tell you who to sock it to!"

I had them when I was younger and no damage was done. Now that I'm older I look at life different and enjoy the romance aspect much better than a quicky.

I think that it's alright to treat the first time with someone as that. I mean not counting on it being more than that, or promising more than that. It depends on the situation. Not everyone does the old fashioned courtship thing. I don't really see anything wrong with a whirlwind romance, or an impulsive night of passion, as such. It's just that if you do that it's hard to see where it's going and you just have to see where it goes.
