I am finding that today the IM's are not working at all or working very poorly? why is that?

Okay, I turned ON my IM, turned OFF Stealth,
IM'd 2 people, both times it worked fine. (Both turned back now :-) I did notice your profile did not seem to have it turned ON as it did not manifest? (Meaning the orange tab/link for IM was not showing.) I have my im on and I'm not on stealth. If I have a im and click to go to another page it is never seen again for a longtime. It disappears. Not even with me fooling around with mine. Or it never sends my message it's just twirling around in the corner but never sends.

I've reported my problem before but no help. I can't use IM because the page is split in half to where I can't read the messages at all and make any sense of them; while the left side of the chat box has about a 3/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch column on the left side. Still haven't received any remedy to my problem. Nobody can replicate what I'm trying to explain. Very frustrating indeed and I've got a premium membership.
