False. An old boyfriend of mine (who now is just a good friend) and I keep in touch. We just enjoy our conversations and playing online games together. His live in of 20 plus years has a fit every time and when she found out we cammed each other (yes she had put spy ware on the computer) she changed his email, his IM and his cell phone. Holding someone prisoner to make them love you ..... thats not fair to that person or to themselves.

no war makes no sense nor does love eventually everything comes to an end and sometimes we find ourselve wondering what were we thinking.one persons idea of fair may not be the same as another therefore what is fair?

The question of war and how is it fair to anyone is basic utilitarianism...who must suffer for the greater good?

It is a question of ethics, what is right and wrong. I believe war as "unfair" the outcome...has bottom line ethics (the rights and wrongs in war). I believe that our culture has rules of war (&love) based upon the majority vote. However our beliefs & ethics do not match every culture....making rules of war unclear.

I hate that saying....my ex used to say it all the time! Right after he would do something to screw us over! All is not fair in love......true love has rules of respect and honor and I refuse to believe any less!

dont get me wrong...war in itself is an abomination..it is without morals...
it is evil....there can never be rules for war...

they want you to believe that a war can be justified for some reason that
may happen in the future....Iran may develop nukes and use them against
us in the future...so we should stop them now...insane policy...

shouldnt be confused with self defense..if you are attacked...then you respond..
but to participate in a war because you think that sometime in the future someone
may do something is crazy...

our species has spent generation after generation justifying wars...if we put that
much effort into peace it may be a different world...

My point is not in the justification of war but the humanity within. I know war is inhumane in itself, but lets use another example.

For example: Capital Punishment

We no longer permit "cruel & unusual punishment"

Inmates on death row now are brought to their maker by leathal injection, and not hanging or firing squad. Is this the lesser of two evils? Not really...the end result is still death. Yet the manner of death was more "humane".
