I have phases where there is no interest in sex, but I had an amazing partner when I was younger who taught me all about how much of sex is just knowing the body and getting out of the head so much

now I find it pretty easy to 'enjoy' myself because I am so aware of the physical stimulations that work for me, I can even just imagine such stimulations and be pretty satisfied after,,,

A kewl place to start, at least its where my young partner started me, is learning about tantric,,,,,it made a world of difference for me,,
