If you have a crush on someone is it ever a good idea to reveal it to the person? When I was in my early teens at school one of my first crushes was Marilyn Monroe, that's showing my age, but sadly we never got to meet before her untimely and tragic death. So, she missed out on the chance of a date with this then very young and besotted Manchester (UK) lad.

Depending on the crush, and their personality, I normally say something. I always tell my favorite waitron I have a crush on her. Millicent laughs, says awwww thank you. She is a riot and her husband is awesome!

Having a crush and being interested is too different things to me. I guess I don't have crushes then. Cause if I like someone like that I let em know. I don't see a point in doing otherwise. Well in my case I regret telling him I had a crush on him too after he told me first...then he turn around to be mean to me
 . So I learned my lesson, he act like he was the only men in earth!!!

Maria195 I'm cool with the idea...I just simply liked his cologne, how nice he was etc. And one day a kiss came out of the blue and the crush was killed. I was basically more excited with the crush and not so much with him.
