A pop up at the top of the screen just came up saying I have to click on the re-send button to complete sign up. I click the re-send email button and it says it has sent me an email and I have to enter a code. Well I've hit that button a few times now and I'm not getting the email any ideas what is going on.

go to your email and check all your folders you need to update for mingle to make sure your email is still the same

I've got the same header asking me to enter a verification code from an e-mail, which I've tried several times but it is glitchy and doesn't seem to be registering.
Doesn't seem to be preventing my access to any site functions though. |

I've been on here a few weeks now and tonight is the first time I've been asked to complete my sign up.
I get emails when I have mail, nudges etc. But for some reason I'm not getting the email through with the code. |

Success. I had to have the verification e-mail resent twice to get the code. Then I had to copy and paste the code, submit it, then reenter my e-mail address, and then repeat the process multiple times until it registered.

Every member will eventually have to verify their email address if they want to use Mingle2 mail.
In any event, please check your spam folder as noted above. It could take a handful of minutes for the mail to arrive, too, so please hang in there a little longer. Finally, we're doing this for a couple of reasons: 1) To be able to contact all of our members offsite, in case the need arises. 2) To slow down spammers/scammers. |

Well, that makes 2 times I have done the verification since joining. I verified the same day I signed up and again tonight...LOL

I've got the same problem, and I've had the code sent twice (now it doesn't seem to send any more, but it was the same code both times) and now I seem to be in an endless lop of entering my email address, then the code, then the email address again, then the code again... I must have done this 30 or 40 times!
I've tried logging in and out over and over again, but... It's driving me crazy!! Any suggestions? |

Still no email....

Everyone should be able to receive the verification email now.
- If you have not received it, please check your spam/junk folder. - If you tried twice and still did not receive any email, try changing the email address to a different one at: http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings Sometimes it could be because your email provider is blocking our email. If that still does not work, please let us know! |

I'm not sure what you are asking, Toks88, but the code in the email can either be copied and pasted into Mingle2 or you can click the link in the email. If I interpreted your question incorrectly, please clarify.

Toks click the button on mjngle verification pop up that says send email. Mingle will send you a message with a verification code in it and a link that you can just click. Go open your email account and just click the link in the email mingle2 sent you. It will verify your mingle account and email for you. Not trying to be a busy body or butt in. Toks is my buddy just trying to help him too!

Ah, so it's normal. I had the same thing, was a tad concerned.
It worked like a charm though, didn't have any prob. But would've been nice if it had stated it was a normal feature so ppl wouldn't worry about Mingle/their account being hacked or something. |
