But for some reason someone does not want this plane found. I have a friend who's the Captain of a research ship and he is astonished that they cannot find it. He thinks that for some reason, they are looking in the wrong place. He was telling me about 'side scan sonar' and another instrument called Tobi ' towed ocean bottom instrument'. Both would find any wreckage easily. I just wonder.

With no definite location, it is like finding a needle in a haystack. Let's hope we don't have to wait a similar 2 years as in the AirFrance crash.
