Slimey Reid just called Americans complaining about their tragic experiences with Obozocare LIARS! Of course he offered no remorse, consideration, explanations or a desire to investigate, fix, or do anything about it..... Just called those harmed by it and speaking out LIARS! Liberal leadership at its best! http://lastresistance.com/4889/harry-reid-calls-terminally-ill-americans-liars/ |

You'll notice...... Reid wears "rose colored" glasses? It could have been his childhood... "You know, I was raised in a little town that had 13 brothels in it, so I'm used to some pretty salty language, as you know, but the speaker today said he's not — that category for sure, but Boehner hopes the Senate gets off their ***. And it's quite interesting. 'We should not have to move a third bill before the Senate gets off their *** and begins to do something,'" Reid told reporters. "I think he should understand who is sitting on their posterior. We're doing our best here to pass something. The speaker's doing nothing to try to pass anything over there. He’s falling back onto what he said they did last Congress. Well, we have something called the Constitution that you have to start over again every two years. And the reason that he's not bringing up something over there is because he can't pass it. He can't get his caucus to agree on anything, as we learned last year. So he can't say to us, why don't you get something done, when he is not even trying to get anything done." Gee, is he abrogating the overthrow of the constitution so he can get something done. Haven't they really done enough already in spite of that document. Or is his disposition based on his getting laughed at every time he goes to one of those brothels, you know those women aren't too kind to little "girly" men. |

Follow the trail of logic in Reid's sound bite:
(1) The multi-billionare brothers (which apparently makes them inherently evil) object to Obamacare and are running ads that contain testimonials from people who have in some way been harmed by Obamacare. (2) The testimonials must be false because they were funded by ones who are (in Reid's mind) inappropriately wealthy. Very common logical fallacy of non sequitur. . . |

(2) The testimonials must be false because they were funded by ones who are (in Reid's mind) inappropriately wealthy. Very common logical fallacy of non sequitur. . . Speaking of inappropriately wealthy, what about Reid. Reid's boyhood home was a shack with no indoor toilet, hot water or telephone. So how do you explain... Harry Reid is a senior U.S. Senator and a member of the Democratic Party, as well as an attorney at law and has a net worth of $5 million. Harry Reid has earned his net worth through his lucrative career in politics, and as a city attorney in his early years. Something seems to be amiss in paradise. |

It's time to drain and disinfect the cesspool we call DC! then they'll all be collecting unemployment checks...either way a DRAIN They don't draw "unemployment"..... it's below them! They voted themselves a nice retirement package.....remember? A BIGGER drain..... for life! Notice Reid, Boner and McConnels packages..... And they've already made a few MILLION while "serving" the country |

It's time to drain and disinfect the cesspool we call DC! Yeah, but like any job that gets well done, it is always better to start with a few small jobs before getting to that large one. We have 50 smaller cesspools that need attention so as not to keep feeding that large one. |

It's time to drain and disinfect the cesspool we call DC! I thought Pelosi already did that! |

And they've already made a few MILLION while "serving" the country Then we will need to modify that contract: First, there is no retirement from politics, it shouldn't be a career. Second, to be fair to those already retired, we review their "careers" and if within that career they have violated their oath of office, contract is void. If their crime was bad enough, we kep the life part but instead of a stipend, we give them free room and board. Third, any politician guilty of gains against their office forfeit those gains. |

Alnewman; You know I'm not sure if I agree with any of your regular philosophy but I do believe in your last few statements. It's high time to start over with the people representatives going to DC & not those folks with the NASCAR labels all over their coats.
And it going to be rough because quite a few of the big boys from this area have their patches all up & down the sleeves of most of those rep's. They will be the first too pull in their horns should anything happen to the control they insist upon. As soon as they feel their needs aren't being met they will replace ever worker with a robot and watch the floor fall out of the marketplace. Just like happened in the last depression. Tis' a very fine line we walk down between getting a little of some or just feeding on each other. Seems like we're doing a lot of the Zombie thing already? I do like the wage disparity picture though. It kind of reminds me of how badly the politicians hate the wage disparity between the workers & the CEOs? Yet we see a 200X difference between the speaker & the retired in America. And the Speaker doesn't have to pay his own Health Insurance premiums. |

Sir it does not matter to me if you agree with my philosophy because I not only believe it, I live it. But what is refreshing is that you seem to think for yourself and are starting to realize that the government is not as it should be. This country was founded on the principle of a republic with a government of limited and enumerated powers based on the protection of the people's rights. If you want to see just how far out of kilter our government has come, give some thought to this... Article 1, Section 4, Clause 2 The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December, unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day. Once a year but don't start until December, just how much are they supposed to do? |

Yes, I'm sure you're all very indignant that Senator Reid called the storytellers liars, but can any of you point to any stories that have been proven true? As far as I could find, none of the stories actually checked out. The latest story (featured in a campaign ad from a conservative PAC) was a woman who's the roommate of a Republican state committee chair. Reporters are still waiting on details that could verify her claims (don't hold your breath).
