MicHIgan, some states just get it. Revenues to be made, taxes to be collected.
oHIo, unfortunately can't even get the medicinal stuff right. There were only several other states that managed to get their medicinal stocks right. Only had to look to the north of us, for an idea of how to put things in perspective. And since I'm replying on Rivalry (football) Saturday.....Go Blue!
