I wasn't paying attention to time. So I'll blaze up like 19 minutes late. Shame! If you skip a dose you must wait! |

She has my password, she knows all.. The tap tap tap of pigs feet keeps me awake at night.. There is always a question at zoos, who is locked in and who is locked out? I'm the one throwin poop... |

What do you think will happen this yr with the new Prez ...
don't they all gather down there and have a huge light up party ... or it will be ok if its the correct time .. |

Well I think the new Prez will throw poop too. Time will be irrelevant for his Highness. |

So I have a somewhat serious question for weed smokers...because weed is recreational in some states..medical in some but still federally against the law...if child protective services is using hair testing as a way to determine exposure in children and taking kids from there homes...apparently second hand smoke and pore exposure can cause a hair test to be positive...how would that rule apply in a medical or recreational state?...

Once a judge orders testing (for custodial reasons) one might assume they use the federal standards. |

Once a judge orders testing (for custodial reasons) one might assume they use the federal standards. Yeah.. I am assuming that to be the case...I live in a state where it was just made legal at the medical level and grandpa and other close relatives live in two recreational states...an illegal search where no charges have been filed some pot was found in my daughters closet..CPS was notified and they are threatening to take the kids...my daughter doesn't smoke it and tested negative..hair tests revealed the kids have been exposed..just don't get how kids all over town have parents with green cards exposing their kids daily and it's ok but my daughter may lose her kids and she never has it around them outside of visiting family ...not cool |

Yikes..they would have to pick up and take a lot of kids it seems. |

Yikes..they would have to pick up and take a lot of kids it seems. ...right..kinda crazy..going to ride it out and hope and pray everything works out...I mean my daughter is really a great mom..and my son in law is amazing...neither of them do drugs or drink..once in awhile he smokes alittle and never around the boys... I am not just saying that either..lol..pretty sad that people can get drunk around kids but smoke a little weed and boom...just unbelievable...sad cause I was thinking about getting it medically for my arthritis and a couple other issues wonder how this will go... |

Actually nobody can test 100% negative. As humans, we all have natural Cannabinoid receptors in our bodies.
2nd hand exposure could be absorbed by the kids, but that would have to be a very prolonged exposure to give kids a positive drug test. I hope that whoever is smoking it, has enough common sense to at least do it away from the kids. But if in a house or apartment, I do see how exposure would and could happen. |

I don't know much about drugs in general.. I never felt weed was even worth classifying as a "dangerous" drug..alcohol on the other hand.. I would consider extremely dangerous... I just don't see how CPS can remove a child for exposure to weed in a state that allows it medical or recreational...legal recreational users are most likely smoking in areas the children frequent..medicinal users as well..we were informed that pot smokers excrete thc from their pores so by touching and handling children or even touching the hair will cause it to show in hair testing on the children...figure like kinda like Sophie mentioned.. CPS is going to be overwhelmed if they are going to remove children for exposure...geez..what a mess..anyhow..thanks for the input and enjoy your day... |

It sounds like a good lawyer could make the same case.

If you stoners could get as pissed off as the drunks did during prohibition, Maryjane would be legal across the board by now...
