When the tragedy happened?




I was sitting on my computer not paying attention to the tv. I was talking to my sister in law when someone else popped up on my IM and asked me if I heard...I said heard what? They told me about the first Tower being hit...I thought it was a joke so i went on. They told me to turn on The Today's Show..so i did. I was stunned. I IM'd my sis in law and asked if she heard and i told her what was going on. Neither one of us said a word to each other until after the Pentagon was hit. Take a moment today and say a prayer for those who lost loved ones, our soldiers, even our government.

Sleepin......woke up to the reports on the radio

I was in the shower when I heard... i had the radio on... and I really didn't know where the World Trade Centers were... I went upstairs to my room and woke up my boyfriend.. it didn't click... until he came downstairs right when the second tower was hit...all I could do was watch the tv I was almost late for work.

i was gettin ready to go to work. called the boss & told him to turn the breakroom tv off the home office feed & put it on the today show also. informed him that was goin to be a little late. many prayers were sent that day & still are bein sent.

Was moving into my new apartment in Spokane, the TV was on, I glanced at it and saw smoke coming out of the side of one of the towers, thought it was a movie clip or something, then turned the volume up and was in disbelief, and then saw the second plane hit, just stood there in shock watching it, couldn't move or say anything. Was numb.

Will be saying prayers for all the families who lost loved ones, and praying that nothing bad happens tomorrow either.

I was at work..I heard it on the radio about the first one that hit and they were saying it was a small plane. I was watching the TV in a local restaurant when the second one hit. I saw it live as a reporter was talking about it. The next day one of my delivery flatbed drivers told me he was on the highway just above the Pentagon when that one hit. He saw the plane go right in front of him and hit the Pentagon. He jumped out and crawled under his rig to protect himself from the debris. His truck was still covered with the mess from it.

i was getting ready for school. i walked out of my bathroom and actually saw the second plane hit the other tower. i didnt know what it was at first.

with the videos coming out of the bin laden camp, just possible something else has been planned for today. don't think it will involve planes, most likely will not be as deadly. still it does appear to be something to watch for.

My driver said he was scared because traffic just stopped and there he sat. He said things were exploding and he was afraid that there might be something in the Pentagon that might ignite.

Then of all things...my Aunt lives in Somerset,PA which is real close to where the other plane hit in the field! She went down and looked at it. She said there was very little to see from a distance because most of it went straight in. Not much left. It was roped off and they were keeping everyone back.

Oh the phone with my Best friend Lisa who was in New York Our mutual friend Paul was in the first tower to go down,,,, In My Soul I carry Paul He is my Angel of Light and guides me thru my life,,,, In my heart and Soul he lives,,,,,

I was getting ready for my internship but did not find out until I got to the hospital. People were talking and crying about it. Everyone were fixed onto the TV in the lobby area. It was a sad day for all of us. I admire the heros and people who had to deal with this horrific ordeal. Anyhow, 6 years have passed and those who were at the scene are developing respiratory problems. I wish them the best of care and I wish the government will be able to help them all. But the reality is that the government don't seem to care now for those who was there. I have donated money to the cause and hope to support those who really need it. This incident was well planned and our government knew about it and did nothing to prevent it from happening. Well, Bush was at a school visiting the children in Florida and did not move or do anything after his agent have inform him of the towers until a hour later. I think he knew it all along.

I just woke up. West coast,back to the holes!Scared me enough to wake my now ex!

i was getting ready to go on a training op of all things it had to do with counter terrorism, i lost a cousin in the first tower...god bless all of the familys that are still dealing with the burdens that they carry

I was sleeping, my Mom woke us up and we watched the second plane hit.
