Crying doesn't accomplish anything. Why not think of ways to improve your situation and mood instead of wallowing in heartbreak?

Love is what you make of it. You can feel sad mainly If the person is really important to you, crying sometimes helps to see things more clearly so cry If you must but when you're finish pick up the pieces, try to fix it but If it can't be fixed then just move on.

Its all right to feel bad and shed a few tears it shows you have emotion and that your human. Your young and growing pains truly hurt I remember mine and to be honest some of them still hurt when I think of them,but it shows you sometimes things are not what they seem and you pick up and go forward. No worries your a very lovely young woman and soon the guys will be lining up to meet you. Be picky and remember how your feeling now to avoid it in the future.Go out and have some fun! Good luck. PS if you are not crying about something it can be a lot of reasons; shock or fatigue or just realizing you were pushing the person who left away or they left and you are lucky. Relax be happy things have a way of working out.
