Meatballs (half pork/half hamburger (for him and the dog)
Mashed potatoes made with skim milk (both of us)
Yellow squash (both of us)

I had a Lamb madras curry, with pilau rice and a peshwari nan bread, for my dinner. Can't beat a good homemade curry, if it's done right!

I baked a whole chicken. I used a dry tub and butter on top and under skin and chicken broth in bottom of pan. Sweet peas. Biscuits. Goblet gravy (from drippings). Everything Turned out friggin perfect !!!

This is probably the best burger I've ever made.

Take one packet of ranch dressing mix and mix it with two pounds of 20% fat ground chuck. Add two tbs BBQ rub of your choice and mix well.

Add some wood chips to your grill to make smoke and cook on low for fifteen minutes. Fry in butter to crisp the edges to desired doneness.

Serve with sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mustard (or condiments of your choice.)
