Make it virtually impossible for you to contact him again during those weak moments when you are tempted....

If he cheated on you, then from this day forward - always think of him as "Cheating 'name'". (Ex. Cheating John) Just substitute whatever was his worst character. (weak, selfish, immature...you get the idea).

Most of all, it just takes time. You'll get there. :)
