Oh! There's a small town I drove through once that only had 1 stoplight. The Pixar movie "Cars" was exactly like it!! |

I moved away from a small town, now after being in the burbs I realize you just can't take the country out of some of us! This country mouse plans on moving back to the sticks one day.

I love the sticks, I grew up in Clermont= Was a small town= was called the hills of orlando. Now though its on the map and to many people know where it is. Points to the mean map how dare you run my fun mean map. A lot of people from New York are moving down here and to many houses. It has grown in to a small city now. Thats ok though because I find some more sticks sooner or later

I just saw this post! I grew up in a small town and the next town was Roaring Springs...kinda like Radiator Springs on the Cars movie like was mentioned earlier.
My town had 1 stop light...1 cop...no booze...and 10 churches. The Park was awesome because the community put there money into that instead of getting drunk all the time. The town is still there and my brother is the borough manager for the whole town. Good night!! |

The second biggest mistake I ever made was moving to a small town. Expected Mayberry, I got Treblinka. Never ran into so many truly nasty, hateful people in one place before.
The first biggest mistake I ever made was getting married. There's a lesson there, but I'll be damned if I can figure it out. Yet. |
