I was recently in a situation that made me really reflect upon life and what is important,, how much happier and more optimistic and love filled I was when I was younger and what changed,,,,

I watch my young cousin who is very firm in her faith and I seek to imitate her resolve, as well as my mothers confidence and unfathomable sense of logic about things

and lastly, my experiences have taught me that no one is perfect and that forgiveness and patience are the healthiest gifts I can allow myself for myself, and for others,

Yeah don't get me started on what Confucius say...

I agree that forgiveness and patience are almost always hallmarks of wisdom, as is understanding but those things do not define what wisdom is

to me it is the courage to admit that we do not have all the answers, especially when others are looking to us for those answers
