i think it's been established that king barry doesn't worry about that little piece of paper... that piece of paper states: congress has power To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offences against the Law of Nations; To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water president has power to make treaties and that all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; other countries are also our concern, even in the Constitution,,, |

to make things clear , first of all , as a Syrian i am against any involvement of any other country in the Syrian mess for sure , and i don't think that many are interested in that ... but if it happened , why for hell's sake it would be in the terrorists side !
