Yes love the little drummer boy by Crosby and Bowie as well..was just listening to it on my CD the other day

Right, I forgot they did a wicked version also, they
were great together I believe it was in '79 when
they collaborated.
they probably will be playing the peace
on earth on MM ..its pretty cool, its made
out like they just met each other and
started singing after the greet..wonder
if it went down that way?
I just remembered:wink: bunny baby..lol
Both songs were sung at the same time.
They start out with peace on earth then Crosby starts
singing little drummer boy at the same time
its magical..Bowie looks pretty young.

I would have to say he is about the only singer a wouldn't care to hear another singer cover his songs...
Nirvana actually did (the man who sold the world
wasn't too bad..love Bowie's vocie
I'm going to YouTube to watch & seger
chech out seger LD Boy think its in '86 and
he's standing at the mic in the studio.
That ones best:~)

Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer...pitchfork

Ha I used to sing that to my Nanny and she would pretend to be offended. It was a Christmas tradition. We (me and my boys) watched the cartoon based on the song just yesterday and I think it traumatized them because when they saw grandma sprawled out on the snow with hoof prints they got really serious! Lol!

I like somebody snitched on me! Or maybe its called I'm getting nothing for Christmas??? Any who...

I also like belting out any Martina McBride Christmas song! As long as the radio is really really loud!

"Deck the Stalls"
(To the tune "Deck the Halls")

Deck the stalls with oats and barley.
Moo-moo-moo-moo-moo, moo-moo, moo, moo.

'Tis the season to cow party.
Moo-moo-moo-moo-moo, moo-moo, moo, moo.

Now we don our hay apparel.
Moo-moo-moo, moo-moo-moo, moo, moo, moo.

Sing the ancient moo-tide carol.
Moo-moo-moo-moo-moo, moo-moo, moo, moo.

[Yes, cows sing and do other stuff when you Humans aren't looking.]

[By the way, I heard the above-quoted song on an actual radio station on planet Earth.]

C'mon Dodo, you're just ' milking ' it now? laugh laugh

Hey, do you have a beef with my song preference?

And speaking of milking it ...

[I heard the above-quoted song on radio station AM 740 KRMG in Tulsa on the morning after the USA's Thanksgiving. The DJ who played the song was John Erling. He decided that the song should be the first holiday song played by the station that year.]
