Also, if you can't invest 5-10 minutes of your time to fill out the profile info/questions it's indicative of someone who isn't going to put much effort into a relationship.

I understand there are people who for one reason or another they are not comfortable putting up a photo. Depending what career field you are in you really don't want to mix your private and professional life.

But I feel like if I sacrifice my privacy then if you want to play well get with the program, or expect many times you are going to be skipped over.

And yes almost every time I have "bought" the story that there is a legit reason it turns out the person is pulling some kind of hustle so I don't buy the excuses anymore and skip the profiles that don't have pictures. Often if there are not multiple picture at different time I figure they have been lifted.

One of the best ways to out a scammer is to ask for a childhood picture because they might have several taken at one time but over years; nope.

I do believe many people stay with Mingle once they have a relationship because it is a great supportive community and it isn't a reason to monkey around. Friendships develop over years and when partners come along they generally understand that.

I know if someone in my future makes a big deal out of me getting off Mingle they are going to be real unhappy when I show them the door. Not because I would EVER cheat on a relationship but because I see someone not wanting me to maintain long term friendships as a person who would be a threat to me.

The problem is 95% of the guys this is aimed at will never read this.

I feel the same way about girls who do the same thing. But that's just if I'm going through the match game thing which is pretty pointless. I can't even find many scammers doing that game and that's usually how I find them on other sites. lol
