It's a lot of messing about, traveling to a place you've never been before. And they might not even turn up. And remember, it's only to meet some bird for a chat, not a good time.

Maybe I might go next door but I would have to think about it.

Maybe I might go next door but I would have to think about it. Yeah...I'm with you. If travel further than 10 mins is involved, I'm not interested. |

Kind of depends ... if I'd only exchanged a couple of mails with someone, I wouldn't drive to the other side of the country to have a cup of coffee and a chat. Would be an expensive cup of coffee!
Meeting and a cup of coffee, think some 30-40 km is my limit. |

Depends on how interested you are.

To Heaven with the Right One---Not one Step for the Wrong one!! But you never know until you get there either way!! :

Depends on how interested you are. Amen. |

Within the city. A good chat is well worth pursuing considering so few are interested in doing that anymore.

I'd fly out to meet them, stay a week and feel them out. nothing lost, nothing gained.

I'd fly out to meet them, stay a week and feel them out. nothing lost, nothing gained. Ooo, I don't know... Fly out to meet them and it doesn't work out! Airfare is expensive , unless you are flying on a buddy pass |
