After a year I've finally decided I was ready to date again. It hit me like a brick when I saw my ex with the girl (who threw herself at him) that

Don't rush into things take your time. that's what I'm planning on.. I know at first I felt destructive! Like I wanted to run into any pair of arms for comfort. Even the wrong pair of arms just for a moment of security. Thank goodness for good friends and a support system! No telling where I would be. Thank you Angel for the advice. |

I think the most important thing right now is to take it slow and in the meantime, work on yourself.
Remember your worth. Do things you enjoy. Laugh and giggle all you want. Think of how far you have come and be proud that you are looking out for you. And you're doing a pretty good job of it so far. Celebrate you! I wish you much love and happiness starting right now!
