I am very pleased that this thread only brought out statements of love, forgiveness and encouragement; this is what religion should be about. It reminds of a quote by the abbe Arthur Mugnier, when asked if he believed in Hell stated "Yes, because it is dogma of the church- but I don't believe anyone is in it"

2 Kings Chapter 2 verses 23-24

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Mmm scripture about love they always challenge me. God is love himself and he also examplified love to us at the beginning. It interest because the bible says love covers everything and he commanded us to love everyone, well he didn't say love white people only, love black people only, love indians or love only those who love you not your enemies. You know your brother that has gossiped about you or dissapointed you just hate him but he said love everyone . So we as christians still have a long way to go because this still exist in the house of God and I really believe that God is not pleased with us but yah we are in process of dealing with such issues and because we want to be like him.He is a loving God and he patient with us those are the great news

Romans 8:1. THERE is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

The Final Judgment

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.’ 44 Then they also will answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to you?’ 45 Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.’ 46 And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
