Well sometimes I see it from walking away, and other times I see it as walking towards...real beauty is seen when getting to know that person. Be one's self from the very beginning.

Oh my, what attracts me to a woman is so far from this outside thing that so many can't get past. I want/need to be able to sit there in the now, and take in this moment. Tomorrow is in a land that could be so different from what we know right at this present, and I don't want to sit there dwelling on it and bypass the here in front of me. What attracts me is a woman who can make a penny look like a million bucks, and who makes me feel like that millionare. A woman who is dedicated to the team of me and her. A woman who is my best friend and wisest advisor. A woman who knows she can talk to me, and knows that I'm going nowhere when she can't. A woman who knows that no matter what my bags are staying in storage. What attracts me is a woman who wants to take ownership, and who knows what ownership is. |

I like a man who takes pride in the way he holds himself. He has to have a great personality. He has to be comfortable in himself enough to be able to just sit there and not say a word. He has to have that swagger and charisma about him. He has to have confidence..love a man with confidence, not cocky. Oh I could go on and on...but that is a little! |

I am so confused...lol...here is what makes a man attractive to me.
He will look like a real man. If he is too commercially pretty, overly buff, looks like he is wearing a uniform or lost with out it, has overly feminine hair, has facial hair that looks more like a costume, so many tats that he looks like a human bill board, or is so hairless I wonder if he is obsessed I will pass to the guy that has a few more manly markers. A guy with a workers tan, calluses like he actually works for a living, or could at least survive in a campground for a weekend gets my vote. He has a reserved demeanor. He will be the guy that is a little slow to warm up but generally polite and semi social. He will watch from the back wall at a party or public place but make direct eye contact when he sees what interests him. Not stare holes in me but you know he is interested. Maybe the slightest tip of his head. You will know he is a man an that he has skimmed you up and down but that he has the good manners to make it feel like approval, or keep his opinions to himself; a compliment. He won't jump up and come charging at me but walk over respectfully with a confident posture and a modest smile maybe waiting for an opportunity to say something unassuming but engaging. I might have seen him before. I will at least find him more familiar than just catching my eye because he has something draw attention to him. He may have people who interact with him but he is often a leader and keeps a professional distance. You will know when he is in the presence of family and friends because his personality perks as warm, interested, protective, and hospitable. As he will respond to me before an extended period. He will look like he made a effort to be groomed for the situation. I don't care if a guy says hi in his work clothes or has on play clothes for a day at the park but way over or under dressed makes me feel like they lack common sense or preparation or cares that he is sending me the message he wants me to be interested. A guy who always wears Hanging out with the guys, "Daddy" clothes, or looks like his last woman bought his clothes gets restricted to the friend zone. He will smell like a man. If you are working or playing and breaking a sweat I can deal with that but at least have the good graces to excuse it. I like a man that can include coordinated cosmetics or even understated cologne but please don't wear a cologne that makes me think of "dear old Dad" or you have been just pumping gasoline. I really don't want something that meets my nose before you are with in arms length. If you wear cologne that costs more than most people earn for a days pay you better be wealthy or I am going to bet your baby momma bought it. I am attracted to basic good manners. I don't care if you don't know every social grace but if I don't see the courtesy manners or appreciate that I do have some basic training things will cool fast. If a person invites me into a cross cultural situation, something I actually enjoy, give me the heads up in private and appreciate that I am following your lead. I have no problem following a lead that does so to make me an equal. The very first step at intimacy is reciprocal conversation so it is critical for a personal attraction. A man that can move a conversation beyond relaying interesting information and into ideas and concepts captures my attention faster than lightening. What do I think attracts a man? I am limiting this to what I think attracts a good man. Looking like a female no matter what you are wearing. For a date it is something that does not look like Mommy clothes or something a street walker wears but doesn't make having a shape in decipherable and something feminine. Grooming like a woman not a child or one of the guys. Smelling like a woman no mater what. Women can sweat but they should at least start off with the underlying soft and lightly sweet. Guys are way more attracted to something very lightly floral, vaguely like comfort foods, clean, or that "natural" smell than makeup ingredients. Having a personality. No specific one is required universally but it has to identifiable. The more upbeat the better but not Pollyanna. Someone who can smile and laugh. Having standards. Someone that has more than a minimum of common sense, basic smarts, and is willing to learn. |

 Cheers bro. Now what attracts me to a woman thats a really tough question cause of course there is physical beauty which is a good start but still not quite enough to get me going. Scents help I happen to like the fruitier smells. The smell of a womans hair is a huge turn on for me at least. But not to much. I don't wanna feel like she embalmed herself in perfume. I like when women use the same approach with scent that I do. Just enough she has to draw herself closer to really smell it. I really enjoy those whom are open minded and confident with themselves. Thats sexxy no matter how you slice it.  Sense of humor is a must as is brutal honesty. I like a woman who can tell me to go to hell in such a way that I can't wait to get there. |
